Dual Action Cleanse claims that it is the healthiest way to clean out the toxins in your system and to help your system to maintain its healthy balance. This reviewer set out to see if the claims were for real.
I tried the Dual Action Cleanse to clean out my system before I started on a weight loss program. The beginning stage of the program entails you taking pills before each meal. The best part about this was that it did not say that you had to take the pills at a set time before meals. I have the problem that I am never really sure when I will get to sit down for meals.
The pills had the effect that was described in the pamphlet that came with the cleanse. According to Dual Action Cleanse, you should have a bowel movement after every meal. I did experience this. It was not as intense as some cleanse products, but rather a more gentle feeling.
There is a follow up stage after the initial one of the Dual Action Cleanse to maintain the healthy colon that you have. This was very easy to keep up with as far as any other cleanse on the market. An added bonus that I experienced from being on Dual Action Cleanse was that I lost about 8 pounds over the time period that I was on it.
Dual Action Cleanse does promote itself as being healthy enough for a person to go on it multiple times to clean the toxins out of their system.
I would definitely recommend the Dual Action Cleanse for anyone that is interested in cleaning the toxins from their everyday life out of their system. It is easy to use and a great health benefit all rolled into one product.
